Are you a service oriented professional who takes great pride in exceeding customer expectations?
As a member of the Customer Sales & Service team, your number one priority is to ensure each and every one of our customers has an exceptional experience when dealing with Lustre Products. Day to day duties primarily involve quoting and processing purchase orders as well as helping our customers with determining their needs. This role will handle all incoming sales and service inquiries as well as make outgoing calls and emails to existing clients, past customers as well as prospects. The CSR will execute their role primarily by email and phone. As well, they may be required to attend business related events from time to time.
Members of the Customer Sales & Service team are encouraged to reach out to and engage with our customers and prospects with the purpose of growing the business.
